This is somewhat of a story. So, from the factory my .40 cal SUB2K was great. No jams and really fun to shoot. It wasn't until the 5th week of shooting that my trigger started to do something strange. while pulling the awful factory trigger, it would "Slip". Meaning while puling the trigger, the factory trigger bar would slip off of the sear. upon further inspection the factory trigger was cheap and brittle which lead to heavy wear on the trigger bar and that lead to the engagement surface being worn down. I ordered this new trigger bar and waited for it to arrive. Upon arrival i took the time to learn how to completely disassemble the SUB2K which was intimidating yet straight forward and easy. Once installed the problem i once had was taken care of and it even lightened up the trigger pull a fair amount. I can only imagine how it would feel with the MCARBO trigger kit. All in all, the new part is great and makes my SUB2K light years better than before.
This made the trigger feel much better, and even fixed an intermittent trigger reset failure that my gun had on occasion.
I bought and installed the performance trigger bar along with the trigger spring kit, stainless steel hammer bushing, stainless steel feed ramp and carbon steel grip pins and screws. Installation was straight forward after watching the video. I now have a nice crisp reduced trigger pull.
Excellent quality trigger bar and nice upgrade, if installing trigger kit, I would recommend swapping out trigger bar as well for a nice clean break.
Put it on my Gen 1 and it had too much travel and didnt reset properly. I placed on onto of the other and the new trigger bar had far too much travel. 2015 Gen 1 Sub2k 40 S&W with Beretta 96 mags.

There is just a small space now between the trigger bar and sear. Kel Tec really should just get MCarbo to supply these parts and sub contract out to them because they make ALL the difference
Spectacular video!!! To the point and extremely informative! If ordered this or had MCARBO perform this upgrade for me, would I get credit for the upgrades that I have installed already? Once again TY and no don't do weird things at the end of the video, LOL
The M*Carbo trigger bar for the Kel-Tec Sub 2000 completely eliminated my triggers pre-travel. Now I have a crisp break without even a hint of creep. This trigger bar is a MUST HAVE for all Sub 2000 loyalists. Thank you M*Carbo for your dedication, innovation and hard work to provide quality upgrades for our favorite firearms.

This does take up the slack in the trigger very nicely, however I still have more travel then I want personally and will be do more modifications later
It didn't make as much difference as the spring kit did but but if you are the kind of shooter that likes a shorter trigger pull and faster reset this is a nice upgrade
An easy to install upgrade. I do not know if it is really necessary but since I was doing a complete internals upgrade I installed this as well. The stock internals are lacking.......especially the trigger.
