I got the peep site and the aperture is big enough to be able to use both eyes open even for my old ass eyes. Installation wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. I am however waiting for the geniuses at MACARBO to make some day glow / tritium sights! HINT HINT!!!!

This is not my first buy for a Kel-Tec first gen. Add-on. And it will definitely not be my last. The quality of the finished product is as I have gotten accustomed to and better. I like the service and look with confidence to the videos made for the purpose of installing their products. It never fails and I get it right every time.

Love the view but kinda hard to get to come up with the folding action maybe just me but will work on it as I am n gun smith but a machinist and I will figure it out :)
The replacement rear sight for the Sub2K, has the ability to be folded down and out of the way, this makes using an optic much easier and I'm shocked KelTec didn't make it part of the OEM deliverable. Besides the added feature, the Notch option (which I chose) gives you a much better field of view then the little peep hole the oem comes with. The videos on installation nailed it, it is very easy to install. A great overall product and enhancement to a great tool.

This is a well made piece of metal. I will say that right up front. That is evident as soon as you pick the sight up. The problem is...for me...it is not tall enough. For my tall size, the increase in sight height made no difference at all. I still have the reciever tube up against my cheek bone, and the buttstock basically above my shoulder. So, still not so good. I blame Keltec most for this terrible design. The Mcarbo sigth is as long as it can be given the space available. But for the money, I’d tell anyone who is on the tall side to think twice before investing in this upgrade, as it may not give you the results you need. What we need here is a forend for the 2k that has built in flip up sights! Sights at are actually tall enough to allow you to use them in a meaningful way. I hate saying it, but, I wish I had not wasted the money on these. Again, not the fault of Mcarbo. My mistake...but, how would I have known?
The first time I shot my Sub2000, I needed to bend my neck down and squint my eyes so hard, like I was a kid with his first BB gun. Not a good feeling. This sight changed all that. Back to being an adult and feeling comfortable. You NEED this if any of that sounds familiar. Easy install too. Shoot smarter, not harder!!
I really like the notch sight, went on easy and it just awesome . keltec should have put this sight on when they built it. great addition to my rifle. thanks i have several up grades and looks like a awesome rifle now.
This is a must have for anyone running the optic mount and a red dot on your Sub. The installation is easy, and I love how it self deploys when you unfold the rifle. It's a quality product. I love how MCARBO replaces plastic with machined metal.
Awesome upgrade! The larger peep diameter combined with the added height make this a must have upgrade in my opinion! Being able to fold it down is just an added plus! Could not be more pleased!
A must have item if you want to take shooting seriously with a kel tec sub 2k. Makes looking down the sights much easier and helps alleviate the need to smash my jaw against the buffer tube. Shipped quickly despite covid and feels solid. Fast install and there are even videos by mcarbo on youtube to help with the installation process in case you have issues.
