With the spring installed, the trigger pull was still above 4lb.

I’ve installed this trigger spring upgrade on my Browning AB-3 rifle and the results were impressive. Pressing the trigger is very easy. I like a light trigger and I like this trigger very much now. I shoot at a range and don’t know if it would now be too light for hunting as it wasn’t a bad trigger pull to start with. For my purposes this trigger spring upgrade is better than I hoped for.
Reduced trigger pull to easily under 2 pounds. SWEET! (2013 AB3 uses 1.5mm allen wrench for take-up, NOT .050")

The AB-3 has a terrible factory trigger this simple spring replacement is well worth it. Very easy to remove and install. A+ Mcarbo, the DIY guys greatly appreciate it

a much better trigger after installation of spring
The YouTube video warns to wear safety glasses. This is no joke. Taking the old spring out was simple. Putting the new in with a flat screwdriver was close to disastrous. The spring flew out and I heard it hit the wall. Miraculously found it after about 15 minutes of looking in the general sound of direction. Trigger pull went from 3.5lb to 1.5lbs. Adding additional trigger slack brought it to 2.25lbs. It’s a little lighter than I wanted for my boy’s 243, but it should help him with consistency
The trigger spring installed as shown in the videos, pull was reduced by roughly half. I recommend it, it's a quality product at a good price ! Good job guys, keep up the good work and Thanks for your Service.
