M*CARBO Firearm Auctions User Agreement

By placing a bid in any M*CARBO R&D Firearm Auction, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Requirements

To participate, you must create a free M*CARBO User Account or log in to your existing account.

2. Auction Overview

No Reserve – Starting Bid: $0.01

Our annual no-reserve firearm auctions feature used, fully functional test firearms. No gimmicks—just real deals.

3. Firearm Condition & Disclaimer

All firearms have been function-tested by live fire prior to listing and confirmed to operate safely and reliably. Items are sold AS-IS. Please review all photos for condition and details.

4. Bidding Process

  • Bidding is incremental; there is no automatic “max bid” feature.
  • Your final bid must be placed before the auction countdown clock expires.
  • Auctions are open only to residents of the lower 48 U.S. states.

5. Compliance with State Law

It is your sole responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws, including magazine capacity restrictions. M*CARBO will not ship firearms to prohibited jurisdictions.

7. Legal Disclaimer & Participation Rules

7.1 Buyer’s Responsibility

Verify that you are legally permitted to own the firearm in your state before bidding. Restrictions vary; prohibited items may not be shipped to all locations.

7.2 Assistance for Legal Restrictions

If you cannot legally receive a firearm due to state law, M*CARBO will attempt to assist. To preserve auction integrity, a fee of 10% of your winning bid will be charged for administrative costs. Payment of this fee is required to maintain future bidding privileges.

7.3 Right to Refuse Service

M*CARBO reserves the right to refuse service to any bidder who fails to fulfill payment or legal obligations. Delinquent bidders will be barred from future auctions.
