After installing the new springs in my old 60 it worked great with a lighter trigger pull, but the it didn't feel right and I discovered the buffer had broke and pieces got into the works. Ordered a new buffer from MCarbo and in 4 days it was here. Replaced the buffer and the 60 is back up and running smooth.

Change the recoil buffer and have a happy Marlin

I highly recommend this product. Change the cracked or old buffer before they shatter.Even if they buffer doesn't look cracked and is old, change it. This product fits perfectly. Very fast shippin MCARBO!

I was getting a little desperate after seeing the buffer block in pieces when I dismantled the old Marlin 60 to clean because the buffer literally fell into four pieces as I pulled the action from it's place. I knew the gun was old and I had not found many sites on the web that carried spares. Fortunately for me, I cam across Chris & the guys at MCARBO. The OEM part was priced right, but more important to me, their customer service was stellar!

Thanks guys, I'LL BE BACK!!

I have a custom built 7000. After a day of shooting it started acting up. It needed this buffer. The old one disintegrated. Works great.
