Turned this Remington 380 into a nice shootable pistol. It had a very heavy trigger which broke near the back of the trigger guard. Very difficult for my friend to shoot. I had the same problem so we changed both his and my RM380. Highly recommend.
Nicely made springs reduce the pull weight by a pound or so.
Received it in the mail today, gather my tools and went together just like is should not time to take it to the range and see how my wife likes it in. Thanks again for the fast turn around and great American made product will be upgrading more in the near future. Thanks!!!!
Great product, did exactly as advertised. Am happy with the results and so is my wife. It's her gun and she is amazed at the difference this spring kit made in her gun. Highly recommend this for the Remington RM380.
I am including all of the upgrades in one review instead of different ones, the entire kit really compliments this little pocket gun. The slide racks easier, the trigger pull is so much lighter and doesn't stack like the factory trigger does. I haven't shot it yet but will in a few days along side of another factory stock RM380 yes I have a pair of them. The upgrades make it a smooth operating little package. Who know the other one may end up the same way.5 stars for a 5 star product.
Came quickly. Easy to install after watching video. I have light arthritis in my hands and I was still able to install the kit. Reduced pull as advertised. A great buy.
I installed the RM 380 spring kit from M Carbo. Seems much smoother and breaks better. Instalation was easy.
Easy install with the video. The one hitch I hit was on the Executive version of the handgun. A small plastic piece fell off the frame. Schematics I found on line didn't have the part. M-CARBO tech was able to identify it as unique to the Exec version near the trigger. Done and done! Thanks for the invaluable help!
I installed the works into a new never fired Remmington RM380 which consisted of a Trigger Spring Kit, a Max Control 13 lb. Recoil Spring, and a Stainless Steel Guide Pin. My wife could not believe how much lighter and smoother the trigger pull was over stock. I was hoping the recoil spring would not be too much for her but I was surprised again as she had no problem at all. PS, my wife is in her late 60's and not a big or strong woman. Now to the range and break in this pocket rocket and see if the trigger gets lighter and smoother, which I don't see how. Great job MCarbo, I think you should offer this as one big kit as an option.
