I damaged this spring while installing, my fault. I reused the original.

I know it is just a simple spring, but it it is a pretty damn important one!
This buffer spring appears to have been made to the exact specifications as the originals. Of course, this means that getting it without having the receiver braced so you can use bothhands is a real pain in you fourth point of contact--but it IS possible.
I am not sure how the previous owner crimped and bent the original buffer spring, but with this new one I am sure my grandson will get thousands of more rounds of joy out of the rifle.

Ordered this spring because the one in my Marlin 60 that I bought was damaged. Found the part on Mcarbo. Easy to find and ordered. It arrived very quickly and worked perfectly. Thanks to MCARBO my rifle is up and ready to rock.

Question:
Will this replace the spring on the model 75C?
April 12, 2022 7:36 PM
Answers
The Marlin 60 and the Glenfield 75C are pretty much the same rifle. We have not had our hands on one here to confirm their recoil springs are the same, so I would reach out to Marlin and verify that the 75C models do indeed use the same recoil spring.
