Spring set and replacement trigger look great and installation video was a huge help! I don't have a weigh to measure trigger pull but I can say it is definetly lighter and feels great!

awesome products that made a good gun great

I purchased the savage 64 target trigger as well as the trigger spring kit. The gun, in stock form, is somewhat generally underappreciated but very accurate. Installing the springs and trigger have made the rifle MUCH more enjoyable to shoot, as well as helping w the ability to shoot more accurately. The savage 64 is very well built, with the exception of the stock trigger parts. Mcarbos trigger upgrades are a must when attempting to optimize the guns performance.

In addition, Mcarbos customer service is excellent. They went above and beyond in getting the parts to me on a timely basis. Now that I've witnessed how much they value their customers needs, I will surely return for additional parts when the need arises.

Big Difference from Stock!

Just picked up a Savage 64 second hand about 2 weeks ago. The gun was absolutely filthy, so I took it apart to give it a good cleaning. As soon as I unbolted the stock, the trigger fell right out of the gun! I found this trigger online and read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. What an upgrade! Way stronger and better feeling than the cheap pot metal they shove in the gun off of the line. And as an added plus for me, I love the black trigger in the gun! It looks sharp!

Don't wait!

Cons:
Don't wait for your stock trigger to break before you upgrade to the MCARBO trigger. 3 reasons why: 1) it won't break resulting in no downtime after a broken trigger 2) it feels better than the stock trigger 3) it removes the side to side wobble the stock trigger has. Bonus reason: smoother trigger pull (same weight as stock though).
