I received this spring kit a few weeks ago. Shipped to Canada. It was packaged very well, also received 2 cool stickers. As for the install, you must install all 4 springs to accomplish a great trigger pull. Watch the install video from M-Carbo. I had already installed a custom trigger and gard from Dip a year ago, so after the spring install, I had to adjust the trigger creep set screw a bit. M-Carbo (over the phone) helped me with any questions I had. At the end of install, I now have a trigger pull at 4lbs. The factory pull was 7 lbs. I am a happy shooter.

Thanks M-Carbo.

Great product!

Fast shipping, got the product in a couple of days. Installation was super easy after viewing video in youtube. I wish they have a product that could lower the trigger weight further to about 2 to 2.5 lbs.

Yes, and the customer service is exceptional.

Great Product.

I've been a competitive shooter for over 15 years and have customized a lot of guns with a lot of different components. This trigger kit for the Marlin 795 is one of the best I've seen and remarkably easy to install. The trigger pulls at 4.3 pounds now and makes a huge difference easily noted with rounds on paper. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade.

Great tune up for the old 70

I have had my Marlin 795 for about 3 years and was not happy with trigger (factory had groves on face) also the trigger was not consistent, with the upgraded and replacing the plastic trigger and mag housing to aluminum one,

No this rifle is so much fun to shoot and it's much more accurate due to improved trigger pull.

Awesome, I also upgraded my Marlin 60 with upgrade kit, and rifle is better than new, part are well made of high quick metals.

Great upgrade!

This spring kit is a great value. Both in time spent installing it and purchase price. The installation video made it VERY easy to install and the results do not disappoint. I do not have a trigger scale but it is definitely a substantial improvement over stock. This spring kit pairs very well with the parts available from DIProducts to make for a huge improvement to my Marlin 795.

Happy shooting

I received and installed your spring kit for my 795 Marlin. Installation video was excellent. The spring kit made a noticeable difference in shooting this rifle. I shot my best 50 yard small bore score from prone position today.

Hated Marlin 995 6# trigger, super safe for kids and mile of creep

As stated by McCarbo, now avg 4lbs, now want 2-3# as I shoot semi competitively @ bench and occasional rabbit if it gets too close to the garden or raccoons when after the dog food. I also watched an intelligent experienced gent work on the sear. I very cautiously followed his instructions and creep is gone.

I have a Marlin 795 that several years ago I installed the DI Products Target trigger on. The adjustable trigger helped the trigger pull to feel much better, however it does nothing to reduce the weight of the trigger pull. I never could find anything available that was a direct drop in kit for the Marlin 795 until I found out about MCARBO on the RimfireCentral.com forum. For 30 bucks I figured I would give it a try. I put the kit in with the help of MCARBO's installation video,, it took me maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. Got everything back together and tried out the trigger. What a difference!! I don't have a trigger pull gauge, but the improvement on the trigger pull was MORE then noticeable! This spring kit really does what they say it will do! If you have a 795 Marlin and you aren't real crazy about the trigger, I highly recommend you get one of these spring kits,, and while your at it I would also highly recommend that you get the MCARBO Target Trigger for the 795 as well. If it wasn't for the fact that I had already installed the DIP target trigger back before MACARBO even existed, I would of definitely ordered that as well! The combination of a trigger that you can adjust to take out all the slop and the Spring Kit for around 60 bucks SHIPPED is a no brainer if you own a Marlin 795! Thanks MCARBO!

Huge differance

I installed this along with the Marlin 795 target trigger and it's a HUGE improvement to the factory trigger. I have maybe 1/16" of slack, but there's no sponginess; once you take the slack out of the trigger, it's about a 4lb (I haven't measured it) pull and it's a nice sharp click. The kit cuts the trigger pull weight almost in half. It was easy to install, but be careful removing the c-clips because they like to shoot across the room. Very happy with this product.

Huge Improvement Over Stock!

Shipping was FAST and the kit made a night and day difference in the trigger pull. I didn't measure the break before the mod, but it was both a beast and horribly inconsistent. Now its is as smooth as silk, consistent, and breaks right at 3.5 pounds. I have a second 795 and I'll have the mod done to it at some point as well.
