Very effective. I noticed a huge difference along with the spring buffer. The videos were very clear and had no problem installing them myself. Highly recommend!
Item was easy to install with the fine video instructions.. Seems to help, but the 40 is a strong unit.. Looks good though..

Shipping-great, installation -great, definitely makes a difference with recoil. rather shoot my sub2000 than my ar15 at 50 yards or less. Lots of fun and cheap to shoot, accurate as hell even with my old eyeballs...only drawback is i had to order new case , added length with muzzle break and buttstock pad means compact case no longer an option...that works for me.
