All Orders placed before Noon(EST) will Ship Same Day. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed after Noon(EST) on Friday will promptly ship out first thing Monday Morning.

We offer USPS, Fed Ex and UPS Shipping Options on Checkout Page. We do not guarantee delivery dates and offer shipping estimates the carriers give us as a way to compare between the multiple shipping options. Furthermore, we do not refund shipping costs do to slower than expected delivery. This is out of our control as carriers make the delivery of your parts to your door. It would be nice if we could offer personal delivery but fear it would take too much time away from new product development and testing. As always we're here to serve you in any way possible and appreciate your business!

If you Order Multiple times over the weekend and the orders have yet to ship....we can combine the shipping for you and refund you the difference so you're not paying to ship multiple orders separately at the same time. Most Customers report receiving their USPS packages faster than expected; that's because we deliver directly to the USPS hub each night so that it leaves Tampa immediately to your destination.

Lost in the Mail Packages:

If your package tracking information says "In Transit" but hasn't been delivered within 10 Business days of "Ship Date" for domestic orders, we will happily re-ship your order but will require you pay for shipping with adult signature confirmation on orders over $50.  Please contact us via email or phone call so we can reprocess your order.  If you do eventually receive the lost package in the future we request that you do not open the package and mark "RTS" on it and give to your mail carrier.

If you haven't received your package or you suspect there is an issue with your order send an email to help@mcarbo.com and we will get back to you immediately.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately by phone or email. (The "Immediately" special consideration only applies if within 48-72 hours of Delivery Date) Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for exchange, store credit or refund. Standard Policies Apply after 72 Hours of Delivery Date.


Missing, Stolen or Damaged Packages after Confirmed Delivery:

Generally uncommon in nature, it does happen from time to time. An instance when a package might end up missing, stolen or damaged from the delivery address.  M*CARBO is responsible for everything up to the point of shipping.  Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) to deliver it safely and in a timely manner to the address you provided.  

M*CARBO is NOT responsible for the following conditions:
•    Incorrect shipping address being input by customer during ordering
•    Missing or Stolen package when the order shows delivered by carrier

You can be assured that M*CARBO applies great care to make sure your items are properly packaged for shipment to your door.  In the event of a damaged parcel, the delivering carrier needs to be notified upon receipt of any problems.  We recommend taking a picture of any damaged packages PRIOR to opening.  Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise.  We strongly urge you to take precautions to ensure that your delivery address is safe for your packages to be left at.  We also recommend using signature confirmation for your order, please leave us a note in your order comments – additional fees may apply for this service.
Ask your delivering Carrier within a day or two.  Generally, they can recall specific details on your package delivery.  At times missing or lost packages may be with a neighbor, another family member or just out of plain view.  If you suspect your package was stolen, you must file a Police report to file a claim with either UPS, USPS or FedEx. Do NOT wait, please make it a Priority to process immediately.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: (Refund / Exchange or Store Credit)

Unfortunately we can't operate like Wal-Mart or other big box retailers with wide open return policies.  Most will find that our 30 day policy is more generous than other Firearm Parts Manufacturers.

Please contact M*CARBO Customer Service prior to your return for an accurate total.

  • You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
  • Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Within 30 days of delivery date...you must initiate your return by contacting us by email help@mcarbo.com or phone (727)223-1816

All return shipments must have the original sales receipt or invoice must accompany all returns and include a message from the customer stating if they would prefer a store credit or a refund to the card used at the time of purchase less a 15% restocking fee.  Failure to indicate how you'd like the return processed will result in a store credit being issued. Any item marked down as a blemished product is considered "All Sales Final" and cannot be returned.*

We strive to earn your business every time but understand things happen.  We will gladly accept returns for refund within 30 days of the product delivery date.  

No Refunds will be given after 30 days of delivery date.  

At discretion of M*CARBO Customer Service if after the 30 days, we may offer an exchange or store credit but not guaranteed.  It's nice to be nice and usually works best to ask the ladies nicely for any special considerations to this policy.  

Returned Items will be Measured & Inspected by Quality Control Department to ensure they are in "NEW Item" condition.

Definition of "NEW" Items
- must be in original packaging, unmarked, unaltered and in unused condition - free from any wear or scratches". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

All items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition". Products cannot have been installed or used in any fashion.

Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is:

    1. Without showing any signs of wear or damage:
      1. Cannot have been installed, used, or test fit in any way.
      2. Must contain original product packaging in the same condition. Products without original product packaging will be refused.
    2. Within 30 days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
    3. Must not be a special order or a custom order. (special or custom orders will be replaced if found to be defective)
    4. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the return.
    5. Returned Items will be Measured & Inspected by Quality Control Department to ensure they are in "NEW Item" condition.

      Please note: Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If M*CARBO is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order.

      M*CARBO will NOT be responsible for any refunds or exchanges for products that are manufactured by a 3rd party competing company. Warranty issues with a 3rd party competing company product will be directed to that company for further assistance.

      WARRANTIES:

      Wear & Tear Replacement Policy:

      Applies to Grips and Cheek Pad Materials Only.  For Grips and Cheek Pads we offer a Wear & Tear Replacement Option.  This means that at any time you can send it back and we will exchange it for 50% OFF the original purchase price!  We don't ever want to leave you hanging and realize All Wear Items will Wear over time. M*CARBO is the only Firearms Company that Warranties their Wear Items and is willing to go halfway with you on the replacement cost!  All you have to do is send them back and we will ship you another set!  Contact us by email help@mcarbo.com or phone (727)223-1816 to arrange this option.

      Even if you mess them up during installation we will send you a 50% OFF Replacement!

      DEFECTIVE PART:

      We stand behind all M*CARBO Parts to fit and function properly for a Lifetime.  If an issue presents itself with one or our parts.  Please do the following:

      1. Contact us immediately by email help@mcarbo.com or phone (727)223-1816
      2. Do Not Alter or Experiment with the Part or your Firearm
      3. Send us Pictures of the Part Installed in your Firearm to aid in Troubleshooting
      4. Wait for Further Instructions from the M*CARBO Technical Department *Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an email response*  If absolutely urgent give us a phone call after sending the necessary pictures via email to help@mcarbo.com
      5. This will allow us to inspect the part and determine if the part is defective. All M*CARBO Parts are backed by our 100% Lifetime Guarantee.

      M*CARBO does not acknowledge a defective part until it has been inspected and tested by our Engineering Department and Gunsmiths.  If we determine that your part was defective, we will give you the option of a full refund to include the return shipping, a store credit or a proper replacement part.  Determined on a case by case basis.

      *Refund / Exchange or Store Credit cannot be given for any "Firearms" as these are Transferable Items regulated by the ATF.*
